The Monday Club

The Monday Club is held at the Seaton Methodist Church Hall (behind Seaton Hospital) from 2 pm till 4 pm, with a break for free refreshments at 3 pm. We meet on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Monday of each month, except Bank Holidays and the whole of August. Members and guests pay ₤3, alike.

There may be live semiprofessional models, still life or something else to sketch or paint.

Come along! We are a relaxed and friendly Society, and beginners are always very welcome. Any medium is fine, from pencils and sketchbooks to easels and oils (for oils, it may be a good idea to bring a ground sheet of some sort). If you don’t want to draw models and do your own thing, that’s OK too. Tables and chairs are provided, if required.
